Konthayum Poonoolum
Overview
Cine Shore Rating:
Disastrous flick.
Some characters are introduced to us and the unnatural events taking place in their place is the main Plot. All these explained in a horror setting is Konthayum Poonoolum.
Performance wise everyone has done their part, but nothing remains in the audience after the movie. Though projected as a Kunchako Boban flick one cannot say that post the movie as everyone has equal screen space and importance.
First of all there is no basic storyline and the writers had tried to explain things through the characters and screenplay. But unfortunately none of these works. Looks like the makers were concentrating on horror factors neglecting the basic things.
Cinematography is partly good but at times irritating. Editing part is okay, and one good things is that the duration is fair. If something has to be said as a positive it would be the music department from Mejo Joseph which is somewhat fine.
First thirty minutes or so is okay, but it slips to a disastrous fare afterwards with messed up plot, pointless screenplay and confusing narration. The movie doesn’t offer anything to sit through and finish the runtime.Skip it!
