Tipu Sultan Coming in 4 Languages

We all know stories about Tipu Sulthan. Ruler, scholar, poet, soldier, freedom fighter decorations given to him continuous. Some historians say he had most advanced military at that time. Even Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam mentions about a proud event when he saw a painting in NASA regarding Tipu’s force using first ever rockets in battlefield. But not much movies ever made about this great warrior.

Now famous Kannada director ‘Naganna’ already start working on a historical movie about Tipu Sulthan. But, that’s not enough! when ‘Mysor Tiger’ roar, it comes up big. Naganna making this movie in all four south Indian languages. He is now trying to rope top actors for the role of Tipu Sulthan. In Malayalam ‘Young Superstar’ Prithviraj is in the loop, in Tamil its ‘Young Hunk’ Arya in the list, in Kannada its ‘Challenging Star’ Darshan and in Telugu its none other than ‘King’ Nagarjuna. Talks have begun,  Naganna already approached Nagarjuna and will soon resume discussion after script completion. As for now Darshan almost fixed for the Kannada version.

Undoubtedly this will be one of the biggest upcoming movie project in south India. Lets see if this comes out like Naganna planned or added to the list of unfinished dream projects.
