Suriya’s Anjaan In trouble!

Suriya’s upcoming action entertainer ‘Anjaan’ directed by Lingusamy is being shot mainly in parts of Mumbai. The works were progressing at a brisk pace until they started to shoot a song. According to the rule, a song shot in any language must have 70% dancers coming from the region of the film while the remaining 30% has to be from the location where the song is being shot. Choreographer Raju Sundaram either forgot this or probably felt it wasn’t a big deal as he decided to go ahead with his assistants and other dancers. The Mumbai Dance Association interrupted the shoot when they came to know about this and the shoot resumed only after the crew paid a compensation of Rs.60000!

Anjaan sees Suriya paired with Samantha for the first time with music by Yuvan Shanker Raja. Ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan is handling the visuals for the film which is expected to release in August probably on Independence Day!
