Story behind 7th Day

The stylish posters of Prithviraj’s upcoming action thriller ’7th Day’ have gone viral over the past few days and as per reports the film is expected to be a roller-coaster ride. Prithvi is looking great in his Salt n Pepper look as the 42 year old David Abraham. However, what is interesting is that he wasn’t the first choice for this film.

7th Day was initially supposed to be shot with Anoop Menon in the lead. Script-Writer Akhil Paul had convinced the actor who had even allotted dates for the same. However due to reasons unknown, he backed out at the last minute. Prithviraj and Fahadh Faasil were approached for the film and the former immediately got hooked to the script. Fahadh was supposed to do an important role in the film but due to Prithvi’s insistence, that didn’t happen. That role ultimately went to Ajmal Ameer.

Whatever it may be, the stills have been impressive, and one hopes for another exciting film from Prithviraj.
