Prithviraj To Emulate Mammootty

After ‘Aiyya’ and ‘Aurangazeb’, Prithviraj is all set to start his 3rd film in Bollywood. According to reports, it shall be the remake of an evergreen Malayalam blockbuster ‘Koodevide’ that had Mammootty in the lead directed by the late Padmarajan.

This film shall be directed by Priya who has been an assistant of ace director Mani Ratnam and production will be handled by Bijoy Nambiar who directed ‘David’ recently. ‘Koodevide’ had Mammotty essaying the role of an army officer with Suhasini playing the lead role. Actor Rahman had made his Malayalam debut with this film.
