‘Neram’ producer in trouble

Neram was one of the surprise packages of 2013 with the unique treatment and black humour working out big time at the box office. The film starring Nivin Pauly and Nazriya Nazim was a bilingual and the tamil version did steady business too. The shocking news is regarding the producer of Neram who has been arrested for cheating and fraud.

Vishwanath who hails from Palakkad and is settled in Tirupur in Tamil Nadu had apparently borrowed money from different people promising them partnership in the film’s profits which was never given to them. He along with his son-in-law Abhilash carried out the acts and both are under police custody now.
