Mohanlal Inspires Dulquer : Mammootty

Mammootty’s son Dulquer Salman debuted in 2012 and has made big strides in the industry over the last 2 years. Today, Dulquer is a name to reckon to with as far starpower is concerned among young heroes as his films open big. So what does Kerala’s Mega Star have to say about his son?? Well Mammootty responds by saying that he doesn’t quite intervene in Dulquer’s career choices or acting methods. As an actor, Dulquer has been more influenced by Mohanlal, says Mammootty. Mammootty also said that Dulquer has managed to create a space for himself in the industry and that he no longer carries the tag of being his son. Regarding people’s comparison of Dulquer with Prithviraj, Mammootty said that Prithvi is a seasoned campaigner with more than a decade in the industry already while Dulquer is relatively fresher. The actor also stressed that Prithvi was a good example for Dulquer to look up to in shaping his career.
