Latest Updates on Mahesh Babu-Mani Ratnam Project

After the highly acclaimed ‘Nenokkadine’, Mahesh Babu is all set to work with ace director Mani Ratnam which has been the talk of the town recently. According to reliable sources, the duo is all set to start their project in June. Nagarjuna, Fahadh Faasil, Shruthi Haasan and Aishwarya Rai are some of the other actors that Mani wishes to cast, but nothing is official yet. Mahesh is currently shooting for his next project ‘Aagadu’ which is a mass entertainer directed by Sreenu Vaitla.

This Mani Ratnam project is being planned as a bilingual with a Telugu version being one of them. So, this would be Mani’s first direct Telugu project since ‘Geethanjali’. Music shall be composed as always by AR Rahman. Stay tuned as more updates on this magnum opus come your way!
