With films like ‘Pigman’ and ‘English’, Jayasurya and Remya Nambeesan had impressed as a romantic pair. They are ready to create magic on the silver screen through the film ‘Philips and Monkey pen’. The film is being directed by debutant duo of Rojin Thomas and Shanil Muhammad.
Sandra Thomas who has produced ‘Friday’ and the in-production film ‘Sakhariayude Garbhanikal’ is the producer of this film too. Sanusha and her brother Sanoop also play key roles in the film that also features director Boban Samuel’s daughter Nideesha.
‘English’, directed by Shyamaprasad told the tale of NRI malayalees residing in London. The film was different in style of narration from the director’s previous films and was largely shot in London itself.
