Finally Pranav Mohanlal Enters

Will Pranav Mohanlal, the junior Mohanlal enter the cinema world…? This is and was a million dollar question in the Malayalam cinema world. The star kid was also seen in few child characters in Mohanlal’s early movies like Onnaman, Vanaprastham etc. He was also seen in a small cameo in Mohanlal’s Amal Neerad directed ‘Sagar Alias Jacky reloaded’ during the final credits. With another Superstar son Dulquer Salmaan entered the Mollywood, the discussions got even hotter about Pranav’s entry. But nothing was heard from the Lal camp, neither from Lal, nor from Pranav himself.

The boy who is known for his different approaches in life has now joined the film field but not as an actor or in front of the camera. Rather he is gearing up as an assistant director and guess what it is happening for a film which gave his Dad the much awaited blockbuster and the current recorder holder Drishyam’s Tamil version ‘Papanasam’. The film which being produced by Suresh Balaji, Pranav’s uncle is more like a home production film for him. Papanasam stars Kamal Hassan, Gauthami, Kalabhavan Mani etc and Pranav will be assisting none other than the creator of Drishyam, Jeethu Joseph himself, who is directing the Tamil version. It is not quiet surprising that Pranav has opted a technical side rather than the acting part as he is known for his philosophical skills too, after his passion for travelling and writings about it. Anyways lets hope that Pranav soon joins the Malayalam industry and makes his mark here.
