Apothecary Screening Prevented

Apothecary, the movie which released today has run into minor issues as expected. The film which starts Suresh Gopi as lead has been released with a good amount of expectations. We hear that a group of Youth Congress members has marched into a theatre in Mukkam, Calicut to stop the screening of the movie. Suresh Gopi was in news’s when he came with certain remarks against the Chief Minister Oommen Chandi and party members thus announced that they will be moving against his latest film. The same is happening today and the party members have stopped it from screening here morning itself. They also said that they will not let screen the movie at any cost till the actor come forward and clear the issue.

Meanwhile, the film has opened to good reports as expected. Directed by Madhav Ramadasan of ‘Melvilasam’ fame it stars Jayasurya, Asif Ali, Abhirami etc.
