Ajith’s requests to Gautam Menon

After back-to-back successes in Arrambam and Veeram, actor Ajith is firing all cylinders these days as far as his market value is concerned. Though his stardom has never gone down over the years, his inconsistency in selections meant that massive openings couldn’t always result in hits. But the 2011-2014 phase has been good for the actor as 3 of his 4 films have struck gold during this phase with Mankatha, Arrambam and Veeram with Billa-2 being the only dud. The actor is currently working with Gautham Menon for an untitled action thriller. The duo were supposed to join hands many times in the past but that never materialized which meant a long wait to see them together.

Finally, Ajith and Gautham have joined hands with the project shoot progressing briskly. Anushka and Trisha are playing the female leads in the flick that shall have Ajith in two avatars. One of them will be a youthful Ajith with slimmer physique for which the actor is working out rigorously. Meanwhile, Ajith has given three requests to Gautham Menon regarding the film.

*Ajith has mentioned not to make any sort of compromise for him in the script.

* He has also requested Gautham not to include any unwanted self-praising dialogues to elevate his character unless required in the script.

* Ajith feels that people after watching the film should feel that Ajith was part of a GVM film and not vice versa.

It seems like Ajith wants the film to be special in every way possible and we can depend on the Gautham-Ajith duo to give us something special.
