Aamir Khan to remake a Kamal Haasan film

Recently, Aamir Khan was in Chennai for the opening ceremony of the International Film Festival where he mingled with Kamal Haasan. After the function, Aamir visited ace director K.Balachander and had a lengthy discussion about the director’s classic films.

KB suggested to Aamir that the Kamal Haasan starrer ‘Unnal Mudiyum Thambi’ with a few modifications should suit him well. Aamir seemed to be pleased with the suggestion, and if everything goes well, we might see Aamir playing Kamal’s role pretty soon. KB complimented Aamir for his efforts in ‘Satyameva Jayate’ and the Bollywood actor invited him for the premiere of his upcoming release ‘Dhoom-3′
