Jacobinte Swargarajyam First Day Collection

Jacobinte Swargarajyam, the latest one from Nivin to arrive has taken a good opening at the box office. The film, which was marketed as a simple feel good movie has reportedly delivered what was promised and will take things on a positive note from here. The first day gross is around 1.20 Crore with a share just above 50 lakhs and this is something around same as Oru Vadakkan Selfie from same team released on same season last year. It then grossed 1.10 Crore and Jacob has done 10 lakhs more than that, mainly due to more multiplexes, ticket rates etc. Thus, when you say Vadakkan Selfie’s opening was superb then, this one can be termed as good. Again, that was an entertainer and this one is different in the genre and have scope for more long run.
