How Old Are You 35 Days Collection

How Old Are You 35 Days Collection ImageHow Old Are You, which registered the comeback of the most wanted heroineManju Warrier is still holding decently in major centres despite the juggernaut called ‘Bangalore Days‘. The film scripted by Bobby-Sanjay and directed by Rosshan Andrews opened to hugely positive reviews with family audiences thronging the theaters to watch one of their favorite stars back in action. The film which released on 16th of may has gone past 30 days and is moving towards a golden jubilee which is definitely a great achievement for a heroine- oriented flick like this. The movie upon its 35 day run has grossed around 11.72 crore giving it a clean Superhit Verdict. The film which crossed 10 crore feet within just above 20 days was hit by a smashing opening by Bangalore Days. Still it held up well with multiplexes and major centres all together raking in decent figures which are still happening in the favour of ‘How Old Are You’. Still the makers would be worried a bit for missing a cakewalk Blockbuster run, which was in the cards for the movie before the release of ‘Bangalore Days’.  Now it has to hold well along the Ramzan period to get the maximum verdict but looks very tough as this period is known as the weakest of all in the Malayalam Industry.

The film does have Kunchacko Boban in a vital role but the film truly belonged to Manju both on-screen as well as in its hype and promos. The film’s creative team deserves a pat on their back too but for the box office impact, it has to undoubtedly Manju’s show all the way. The film which is written by the ever dependable Bobby- Sanjay siblings, is directed by Roshan Andrrews. Produced by Listin Stephen for his ‘Magic Frames’ How Old Are You is another feather in his cap after a path breaker ‘Traffic’, a game changer ‘Chappa Kurishu’ and a cult classic ‘Ustad Hotel’.  The film was distributed by Central Pictures who was associated with Listin for most of the times.
